Sahera Chohan is a highly experienced and inspiring trainer, facilitator, executive and life coach, having worked in the field of human development for 25 years. She is passionate about people and their learning and development and her purpose is to assist her clients to achieve their maximum potential and output. Her focus is on building Attitudinal Intelligence™, transforming performance by transforming attitudes in individuals, teams and organisations.
Through her Associate work with training consultancies, including Interaction, Bi-Jingo, Entendeo and Upfront Guru, Sahera trains and coaches senior level management in various FTSE 100 companies, including Unilever, Tesco, British Airways, HBOS, Pearson International, Molson Coors, Body Shop, Yahoo UK and Ireland, Vue Cinemas, Last Minute. In the public forum, Sahera is an Associate Trainer and Coach for The Kairos Foundation, an international educational charity specialising in transformational skills training, spanning four continents. She delivers their core public training, More To Life; in addition she has led teams upwards of 60 people to run the event management of such trainings for the organisation.
Sahera also runs a private life coaching practice for individuals, working on a range of life skills for relationships, building self esteem and confidence, goal-setting and visioning.
Previously, Sahera was a broadcaster for BBC Television and Radio, presenting a variety of network shows. She also ran her own production company and uses this experience to train presentation skills and communications courses.
She is currently writing her first book, which is a guide to living life successfully.
